Lassi

Lassi is a very popular and delicious Indian youghurt-like drink. It can be made salty, savory, and sweet; it goes woderfully with hot and spicy Indian dishes to cool you down a little bit. Lassi is very simple to make, however it is neither expensive, nor unhealthy. I really recommend you to try it! Here you can find one version of the many ways you can make your own delicious lassi.


Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mango pulp (about 15 oz.)
1/2 cup lassi/low fat Greek yoghurt is also fine
1/2 milk or soy milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon rose water (about half a cap full) – optional

Directions

Blend the ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses. Easy! :D
